This Privacy Policy explains how Figger Up, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company formed September 1, 2026, with its principal office at 7646 Greendell Ln, Highland, MD 20777, and registered to do business as a foreign limited liability company in Maryland (Figger Up,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://www.figgerup.com, use https://app.myfiggerup.com, or otherwise interact with us.

Figger Up is an estimating tool for contractors. We act as a controller for account, billing, and website data. When you store information about your own customers or job sites in the Service, we generally act as a processor of that data on your instructions. Enterprise and multi-user customers may request a Data Processing Addendum.

2. Information We Collect

You provide

• Account data: name, email, phone, company name, role, password or login codes.
• Billing data: plan selection, payment method details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Customer Data / job content: photos (including HEIC converted to JPEG), floor plans, PDFs, spreadsheets, measurements, questionnaires, line items, price books, proposal text, and any names, addresses, claim numbers, or property details you choose to enter.
• Support communications and feedback.

Collected automatically

• Log and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP.
• Essential cookies and similar technologies for session login and preferences.
• Usage metrics needed to operate the Service (for example, estimate counts). We do not use third-party analytics products.

From others

• Stripe confirms payment status.
• Vibecode provides hosting, database, file storage, and one-time login codes.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service (contract).
• Process payments through Stripe and prevent fraud (contract / legitimate interests).
• Send service emails via Resend and Vibecode: receipts, security alerts, login codes, product changes (contract / legitimate interests).
• Marketing emails only if you opt in or as permitted by law; you can unsubscribe.
• AI analysis: send job photos and related inputs to Anthropic (Claude) solely to generate scopes and estimates for your account.
• Improve the product using aggregated or de-identified data. We do not sell your job photos or identifiable Customer Data, and we do not use identifiable Customer Data to train public foundation models.
• Comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect rights and safety.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share as follows:

• Vibecode — hosting, SQLite database, file storage (photos, logos), and login-code email.
• Resend — service and signup notification emails to account holders.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Anthropic — AI photo analysis and estimate generation (under our API arrangement; not for training Anthropic’s public models on Figger Up Customer Data).
• Team members you invite to your company account.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service.
• A buyer or successor if we sell or reorganize the business, subject to this Policy.

5. Job Photos, Plans, and Sensitive Sites

Photos and plans of buildings can reveal addresses, occupants, damage, and security details. Treat them as confidential Customer Data. You decide what to upload. Do not upload children’s data, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers unless a job truly requires it and you have a lawful basis.

You are responsible for any notices or consents required by the property owner or your own privacy policy when you store their information in Figger Up.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and remember settings. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Blocking essential cookies will break login.

7. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is open and as needed for tax, dispute, and legal purposes (often 7 years for financial records).

Job files remain until you delete them or close the account, plus a short backup window. After account closure we delete or de-identify Customer Data from production systems within a commercially reasonable period (typically after a 30-day export window) unless law requires longer retention.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit and access controls on Vibecode infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Notify us immediately at info@figgerup.com if you believe your account is compromised.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. state privacy laws, and GDPR if applicable), you may have the right to:

• access or receive a copy of personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete information, subject to legal exceptions;
• opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising (we do not sell data as “sale” is commonly defined);
• appeal a denied request.

To exercise rights, email info@figgerup.com from the address on your account. We will verify the request. Authorized agents may submit requests as allowed by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If we process Customer Data as your processor, we will forward end-person requests to you or handle them on your documented instructions.

10. Children

The Service is for business users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Transfers

Figger Up, LLC is organized in Wyoming and operates from Maryland in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
